The concerts will see the veteran vocalist duet with some of the soul music stars who appear on his forthcoming album, also entitled Soulicious, which will be released on Monday October 17th.
Among the singers lined up to take the stage alongside Sir Cliff at the Birmingham gigs are Percy Sledge, Lamont Dozier, Freda Payne, Billy Davis Jnr and Jaki Graham.
Although the duets will see Richard take a more soulful direction, diehard fans of the Summer Holiday singer can be assured that the shows will also feature a selection of his greatest hits.
It means gig-goers may be treated to classic Cliff tracks such as The Minute You're Gone, Blue Turns to Grey, Power to All Our Friends and Saviour's Day.
The Birmingham shows are scheduled to take place at the LG Arena on the weekend of October 22nd and 23rd, with proceedings due to get underway at 19:30 local time on each night.
Tickets for the concerts are priced from GBP60 to GBP70.
